Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Atlas & Co uses third-party fulfilment partners, so an order may be dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment facilities.

United States shipping

• Orders under $75: $4.95 standard shipping.
• Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping.

Standard US delivery is normally 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, customs or an incomplete address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start, email support@tryatlas.store with your order number and wait for return instructions before sending anything.

Items must be unworn other than a brief fit try-on, unwashed, free from odours, marks and damage, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, garments worn for extended periods, washed or altered cannot be returned unless faulty.

For a change-of-mind or sizing return, you are responsible for return postage. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photographs and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Bundles

A full bundle refund requires all items, including free promotional items, to be returned. Partial bundle returns are recalculated using the applicable non-promotional price for the items kept. A free item has no standalone refund value.
